At Lomexi, we are dedicated to delivering joy to your children with our high-quality toys and custom-made items. We strive to process your orders quickly and ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our shipping practices, costs, and estimated delivery times.
1. Shipping Destinations
Currently, Lomexi ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Costs & Methods
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $199.00 or more. For orders under this amount, or for expedited needs, the following rates apply:

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
3. Delivery Time Calculation
It is important to understand that Total Delivery Time is the combination of Processing Time and Shipping Time.
TOTAL DELIVERY TIME = PROCESSING TIME + SHIPPING TIME

Processing Time (2 – 5 Business Days): This is the time it takes for us to prepare your order. Since we offer custom-made toys, we need this time to craft, inspect, pack, and hand over your package to the carrier.

Ready-made items: Usually processed within 2-3 days.

Custom items: May take up to 5 days to ensure every detail is perfect.

Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package from our facility to your address (refer to the table above).
Example:
If you order a custom toy with Standard Shipping:

Processing: up to 5 days

Shipping: up to 10 days

Estimated Arrival: Between 12 to 15 business days after placing the order.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
4. Shipping Carriers
To ensure the most efficient delivery based on your location and the size of your order, we utilize a network of trusted carriers. Your order may be shipped via:

We reserve the right to select the carrier that offers the best service for your specific shipment at the time of processing.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after receiving the email.

If you do not see updates immediately, please don’t worry; it simply means the package is in transit to the next scanning facility.
6. Shipping Address Issues
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Incorrect Address: If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or unclaimed delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items: If your toy arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages: If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check around your property and with neighbors. If you still cannot locate it, contact the carrier directly to file a claim, and then let us know so we can assist you.
